The CR 3100 control valve from Circor is customisable with a number of internal choices and standardised parts and equipment, slicing stock and upkeep costs. Trims are easily interchangeable as process circumstances and requirements change.
CIR 3100 is suitable for throttling and on-off control of a fluid circulate similar to gasoline, steam, water or chemical compounds to compensate for the load disturbance and helps to maintain the regulated process variable as close as potential to the desired set level.
The control valves are specifically designed for both low and high strain drop service. Pressure drop, high velocities and throttling happen only at the cage window and the plug, which protects the seat ring and provides tight shut-off capability to the valve. Big is on the market for prime temperature purposes.
The CIR3100 management valve has certifications which embrace Indian Boiler Regulation (IBR), PED & CE, and TSG-China and the company is continuing to upgrade the sizes and stress ranges to cater to customer calls for.
